SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EDT will be shipped that same day, orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
Orders that require freight delivery will not be shipped on the same business day and will be shipped accordingly.
If we have any issues with your order we will contact you prior to shipping it by e-mail or phone (if provided), and may delay your shipping time.
RETURNS
Our return policy is 5 days from receiving your order. If 5 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. There will also be a 25% re-stocking fee for any returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
There are no refunds or exchanges for items that are special order.
If a package is returned to Xilin USA due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Xilin USA, is not responsible for confirmed deliveries being lost or stolen.
